In-Store Repair and Service - $60.00/Hour + parts and tax

Computer Allies offers a wide variety of computer repair services. Our standard in-store repair service is $60.00/Hour charged in 15 minute increments. Due to the large number of computer types and configurations, it is impossible for us to give time estimates on repairs. We repair every computer as it comes in as quickly and efficiently as we are able.

On-Site Repair and Service - $80.00/Hour + parts and tax

Our on-site service is an excellent option for those who can't bring their computers to us. Our technicians will travel to your location and diagnose and repair the computer while you wait. Some problems are impossible to fix on-site, and the machine may need to be fixed in-store. Billing includes travel time, and starts when our technicians leave the store. Virus Cleanup and Removal

Our virus cleanup service uses the same pricing as our standard in-store service. Virus removal is not done on-site due to the length of time it takes. The fee for cleanup is usually between $60.00 and $120.00, plus tax. In some cases viruses corrupt the Windows operating system at a fundamental level. This requires us to format the hard drive, removing all data. We then reinstall Windows along with basic software. We can back up your personal data if we have to do this, and we will not do so without getting your permission. Please be clear about what data you need saved!
