Repair and Upgrades:
Due to the different configuration and speed of each system, we do not give time estimates on repairs or upgrades.
In-store: $50.00/hr* plus parts & tax
Business On-site: $60.00/hr* plus parts & tax
Residential On-site: $60.00/hr* plus parts & tax
Priority Fee**: $50 plus labor, parts, & tax
*Please note: On-site calls are billed actual time. This time starts when the technician leaves our store, and ends when they return. In-store repairs are billed according to the actual time your system is worked on. Please call for details.
**The Priority Fee is for emergency situations where the customer needs work done immediately. We will have a technician stop what they are doing and devote all of their time to the customer's machine until the problem is resolved.
